About the event

Badge Of Pride and Unleashed LGBTQ+ proudly present...

Stonewall veteran. Media trailblazer. Disrupter.

Join us for a powerful event with one of the most influential LGBTQ+ activists in American history. Mark Segal, Stonewall veteran, media disruptor, and founder of Philadelphia Gay News, has spent over 50 years demanding LGBTQ+ visibility—and changing headlines in the process.

Segal will sit down for an intimate conversation with Leo Cusimano, publisher of Dallas Voice, to explore the past, present, and future of LGBTQ+ activism.

This event is part of Say It Loud: From the Shadows to the Mainstage, a speaker series amplifying bold queer voices in conjunction with the landmark exhibition Badge Of Pride: From Silence…To Celebration!
