ORAL HISTORY PROJECT

Our history isn’t confined to books or exhibits—it lives in our stories, our voices, and our presence. At Badge Of Pride, we’re building a powerful archive of lived Queer experience so that LGBTQ+ voices are heard, honored, and preserved for generations to come.

We invite you to share your journey—your identity, your activism, your love story, your connection to community. Every voice counts. Every story matters. Your testimony becomes part of the cultural record we’re shaping together.

Help us preserve the richness and diversity of LGBTQ+ life for generations to come. Please reach out via the form below, and we will be in touch with more information and to schedule a session.

NOTE: Oral history interviews are conducted in-person and on-camera. Unless otherwise specified or arranged, interviews take place in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

The exception is our upcoming Deep in the Heart special project, which will focus on LGBTQ+ Texans living at least 100 miles from the state's major metros. We are currently building an interest list to structure a travel schedule in 2026, depending on funding.
